2. If you identify damage in shipment or have any questions about the chair and BEFORE YOU MAKE A DECISION, that you afford CHURCHPLAZA THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT CHAIR OR ANSWER QUESTIONS.
