Facts You Should Know About Chair Foam

ChurchPlaza/SchoolPlaza USES ONLY 100% Premium Virgin Foam (no fillers) in our Worship Seating. Do not assume that every manufacturer of seating for the Faith Market does so.

100% Premium Virgin Foam ensures minimum foam breakdown, the most comfort, the best fit and the longest user life.

We use two layers of premium quality foam in our sanctuary seating (the color does NOT determine the quality) comprised of 32 pound foam on the top and 36 pound foam on the bottom.

Our banquet chairs have 32 pound foam. Our quality foam ensures that your chairs will retain their appearance and resiliency despite hightraffic use. All foam in ChurchPlaza chairs meets or exceeds California Bulletin 117 standards.

(Many chair manufactures use filled or recycled foam with the addition of inorganic fillers such as marble dust, clay and other heavy organic materials, which is used to increase the density. Lower quality filled foams have less resiliency, strength and durability)

Foam is a made from petroleum and is VERY expensive. Some manufacturers save money through strategies of using lower quality "filled" foam, recycled foam or the use of "flex" foundations that allow for the initial use of less foam. None of these strategies are in the best interest of your church.
